Baracuta started out in Manchester, England, way back in 1937. By the 1950s, they were already popular in the US market – they even set up a shop in the Empire State Building – just saying. During these legendary years, the brand went by the name Four Climes. Brought back for the SS23 season, the Baracuta Four Climes collection has been designed by Daiki Suzuki, worldwide appreciated for his unique aesthetic, able to bring together Japanese and Western inspirations. One of the best features of the collection is for sure the choice of fabrics: Baracuta Cloth, the brand’s signature material, used also for the G9 Harrington Jacket; the Solar, the iridescent fabric loved all around the fashion world for its shimmering effect; and last but not least, the Denim itself, a true American legend, for the first time used by Baracuta, sure to be a hit.
