Small communities of artisans take care of cultivating, harvesting, processing, and preparing the straw for weavers and buyers. This artisanal knowledge is passed down from generation in generation.
Through our daily efforts, we promote and preserve the tradition of toquilla straw for future generations.

Our products are crafted from toquilla straw. As you may know, this is an artisanal product, hand-woven by master weavers in Ecuador.
In dry climates or when exposed to the sun, the straw should be lightly misted with water from time to time to maintain its moisture.
